You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

WIRELESS EXPRESS PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY
Your product MUST be registered to be covered by our warranty. Wireless express warrants that the product (the "Product") will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one year from the original purchase date ("Limited Warranty Period").
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products that are not registered.
- Defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including without limitation collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect abuse, unusual stress, improper or unauthorized repair, modification or alteration, installation, wiring, testing, improper storage, use in an unapproved device or if the serial number has been removed or any product that is not manufactured byW.E (including without limitation, any accessory, add-on, power source or software that is used in connection with the product.
- Damage caused by the equipment with which the product is used. Visible physical damage invalidates the warranty. Incomplete product kits will not be accepted for replacement or repair. Example: An earpiece that should include an audio tube.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
Warranty claims must be made directly to Wireless Express. Please go to our 'Contact Us' page to fill out a form for our customer service and they will return an e-mail within 1-2 business days to begin the replacement process. If we determine that there is a defect in the product that is covered by the warranty, we will, at our opinion, remedy the defect as set forth below in this limited warranty. There is a shipping and handling fee for a new replacement product. You are responsible for the Customs fees, including but not limited to, taxes, duties & brokerage fees. If you are located outside of the United States, please contact us directly for International shipping. This includes Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada and the United Kingdom. W.E. is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit. If instructed, we recommend that you ship your returned product to us via track-able shipment method. All products returned to W.E will be subject to review for authenticity. Products determined to be counterfeit will be confiscated and turned over to W.E.' legal department for action. Counterfeit products will not be returned and consumers should seek restitution from their original place of purchase.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL Wireless Express OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE PRODUCT, OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE PRODUCT, EVENW.E HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Wireless Express HAS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION TO CONSUMER ELECTRONICS DEVICES OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY THAT ARE IN THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LAPTOPS, CELL PHONES, MP3 PLAYERS, DVD PLAYERS OR HANDHELD DEVICES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA CONTAINED IN THE FOREGOING DEVICES. NOTWITHSTANDING, ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MIGHT INCUR FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, ALL DAMAGES REFERENCED HEREIN AND ALL DIRECT OR GENERAL DAMAGES IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE), THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF W.E AND ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID NY THE PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT.
